samples & proofs – What to expect from us and when

samples... these are individually made up and will normally be despatched within a couple of days, (this guideline will be dependent on sourcing the required materials). We will let you know if we think that your sample is likely to take longer - remember, good things are worth waiting for!

wording proofs... 2 copies will be sent to you for each card type. You will need to check these very carefully. Amendments should be made very clearly. Proof-reading is your responsibility and as such done by daisy cannot be liable for any errors that you discover after your approval.

Please sign one copy of the correct or amended proof/s and return it/them as soon as possible, retaining the other copy for your records.
